Roller chains with straight plates
The dimensions of roller chains with straight side plates are identical to those of roller chains acc. to DIN 8187 or 8188 but the chains have „straight“ outer and inner plates, i.e. the plates are not curved or „fitted“. These chains are preferably used as conveyor or transport chains since indentations which would otherwise mark the goods to be conveyed can be significantly reduced.
